pressing induce sends one transaction to the coil. the coil checks that the jar holds at least one quantum and that no press has happened in this block, computes the spend, pays you your share, and hands the rest to the adapter, which buys, pairs, mints one ring and burns it. you pay gas. you are paid a share of the spend. nothing else happens.
